Firemen’s permit: In order to obtain the firemen’s permit for this project, the following requirements are needed: 1) Copy of the RUC, 2) Copy of the Representative’s citizenship card, 3) Copy of the receipt of the extinguisher refill purchase, This process is carried out in the department of the fire department of this canton, after this the inspection is carried out, this process lasts from 3 to 5 business days, for more information in the following link:

Environmental permit: If the construction is of low environmental impact, obtaining this permit lasts approximately one (1) month. If the construction uses a power generator, it requires an environmental file. Obtaining this permit lasts approximately seven (7) months. In the case of hotels and resorts, due to the amount of solid waste and use of natural resources requires an environmental license. Obtaining this permit lasts approximately two (2) years.
